How does the plan price work?

Each paid plan has a monthly minimum, and the same amount is included as cloud usage every calendar month. For example, Pro costs $100/mo and covers $100 of cloud usage. If your apps use more than that, you pay only for the extra usage at the end of the month. If the extra usage gets large during the month, we may bill part of it early.

What counts as cloud usage?

Cloud usage is the cost of the resources your apps run on, billed by the hour based on their size. You can change the size and number of instances from your dashboard at any time.

What is the vCPU limit?

Each plan limits the total vCPU across all your apps: 4 on Starter, 16 on Pro and 64 on Scale. If you need more, you can move to a bigger plan, and Enterprise plans get custom limits.

What is production autopilot?

On Pro, Scale and Enterprise, Modelence operates your app 24/7. It replaces crashed instances, reroutes traffic and adds capacity under load, then sends you a report of what happened.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Usage and Plan page in your dashboard, with no long-term commitment. Enterprise is a yearly contract starting at $12,000.

We use Stripe and accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major card networks.
