This page lists the third parties that may process Customer Application Data on our behalf, meaning the data your applications collect and store on Modelence, including data about your own end users. It is the list referred to in Section 4 of our Data Processing Agreement and serves as Annex III to the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated there.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Compute, storage and networking that run your applications | United States |
| MongoDB Atlas | Managed databases and database backups | United States |
| Cloudflare | DNS, content delivery, TLS certificates and custom domains | United States |
| Anthropic | AI models behind the App Builder, where you use it | United States |

Customer Application Data is stored in the United States. Where our team accesses it from elsewhere, Section 5 of the Data Processing Agreement describes the safeguards that apply.
The other providers listed in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy, such as Stripe, Resend, Intercom and PostHog, support our own business and process information about you as our customer. They do not process Customer Application Data.
We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes Customer Application Data, and we update the date at the top of this page when the list changes. To receive those notices by email, write to [email protected] and ask to be added to the notice list.
Your right to object to a new subprocessor is set out in Section 4 of the Data Processing Agreement.
